When the AC quits in August, who does Google show first?

Your year gets decided in about six weeks. We get the profile ready before the first heat wave, not during it.

The searches

These are the searches that pay you

Every one of them shows a map before it shows a website. The three names in that map take most of the calls.

  • ac repair near me
  • air conditioning not cooling
  • emergency ac repair open now
  • furnace repair [your city]
  • mini split installation near me
  • hvac maintenance plan [your city]

The free report checks where you land on these, from dozens of points across your service area.

What gets in the way

Three things costing HVAC shops jobs

Problem 01

Your busiest month is nobody's planning month

At 103 degrees people search, tap and call within a minute. Nothing you start that week will move the map. Maps movement takes 60 to 120 days, so the work has to happen in March to pay in August.

Problem 02

Maintenance plans die quietly

Every customer you serviced two years ago is a job you already paid to win. Most shops never contact them again. The Growth plan runs a reactivation campaign to that list every quarter, which is usually the cheapest work available to you.

Problem 03

Installs get researched, repairs get dialled

A no-cool call is a tap on the map. A $9,000 system replacement is an evening of reading reviews and looking at photos. You need the profile to win the first and the website to win the second.

Every month, $297

The same routine, done properly

This part doesn't change from trade to trade. Doing it every month, without fail, is the whole product.

What we don't promise

A position on the map. Google Maps leans heavily on how close the searcher is to your business, and nobody can move your building. Anyone guaranteeing you the top spot is guessing.

We guarantee the work above. And the website is built and hosted on our platform — if you cancel, it doesn't transfer to you. That's spelled out in full on the pricing page.

Straight answers

Questions from hvac

Everything's slow in spring. What should I be doing then?

Building. Reviews, categories, services, photos and posts all take 60 to 120 days to show up in the map, so work done in March is what pays in July. Spring is also when a reactivation campaign to past customers works hardest, because you can book tune-ups before the rush instead of during it.

Which Google category — HVAC contractor or air conditioning repair service?

It depends where your money actually comes from. If most of your revenue is repair calls, the repair category usually serves you better as primary with HVAC contractor as a secondary. We look at your real job mix before setting it, rather than copying whatever your competitor used.

Do you build financing pages for system replacements?

On Growth and Dominate we build landing pages per campaign, and financing is one of the most common. On Starter it's a page on your main site instead.

Can you handle my summer call volume?

The missed-call text-back doesn't care whether six calls come in at once, and in July that's the piece that matters most. Everything else runs on a monthly schedule regardless of your season.

Do you work with HVAC companies outside Los Angeles?

Los Angeles County and Orange County. If you're right on the edge of either one, call and ask.
